Dhanteras – A Celebration of Prosperity, Beauty, and New Beginnings

As the soft glow of diyas lights up every corner and the fragrance of festivity fills the air, Dhanteras arrives to mark the beginning of Diwali, the festival of abundance, joy, and divine blessings. It is a time to welcome Goddess Lakshmi, the harbinger of wealth and prosperity, and to invoke Lord Dhanvantari, the deity of health and well-being.

On this auspicious day, people adorn their homes with rangolis, purchase gold, silver or new pure fabrics adorned with gold and silver — symbolic of inviting fortune, success, and positivity into their lives. But true prosperity extends beyond material riches — it lies in the wealth of the heart and mind, in the beauty we create, and in the joy we share.
